Hi! I am Pao.

I've created this space as a way of weaving together the tools I've been gathering on my journey of re-membering what it means to be human.

'Mundo Muwo' came to life c. 2010. Mundo means World in Spanish and Muwo is the blend of both my parents' last names: Murillo and Wong, as a way to connect and honor the guidance of my Indigenous South American, Iberian, and Chinese ancestry. 

 

Mundo Muwo came to live when I was in a period of strong disconnection and entanglement which made my heart and soul deeply ache. It was the space I would go to find comfort and the only space I could connect with my essence.

It was the place I created to heal and remember myself.

Within the safety and nourishment of Mundo Muwo, I have gently being healing and reconnecting to my ancestors, releasing lifetimes of deeply held trauma as I simultaneously reawaken the spiritual and clairsentient gifts I was born with.

Mundo Muwo opened to me the path of spirit communication, constantly teaches me the wisdom of nature, and connects me to the medicine within me.

From Mundo Muwo, from my authenticity, is that I invite you to step into your own healing garden and offer a guiding light to help you reconnect to the nature that resides within your self.
